Activating or changing the status (moving from one company to another, etc.) of your Florida contractors license can be confusing. The Change of Status application requires personal  information about the licensee (the qualifier) and detailed information about the business entity (the qualified business) that will be using the license.

Required information includes (but is not limited to): credit reports (from agencies specifically recognized by the Construction Board); a financial statement that meets net worth and cash requirements; bank letters; lists of equipment and personal information from the qualifier and stock holders of the company.
